Adam’s expertise includes analysis on recent changes in 35 USC §101 case law and updates to the current patent licensing valuation landscape. Adam’s range of monetization programs include both domestic and international, litigation and non-litigation.  As a licensed patent attorney, Adam provides clients with patent prosecution support and analysis to help weather Hurricane Alice and the ever changing patent law environment.

Before working with IPVal, Adam led projects that generated millions of dollars in revenue both as a Vice President of Patent Licensing at Dominion Harbor Group and as a Director of Patent Licensing at IP Navigation Group. Currently, Adam manages several patent assertion campaigns for inventors and patent owners.
